" LA CAMARGUE " à Ho Chi Minh City pendant 8 ans jusqu'en 2009 , il a monté un restaurant Français à son compte avec son épouse vietnamienne , rue Le Thanh Ton à l'angle rue Hai Ba Truong , à 100m de la Boulangerie / Patisserie PAT à CHOU de Chs Lasan Adran Ly Doan Quan .

La
Cuisine est un restaurant français situé au coeur de Saigon (Ho Chi
Minh Ville), qui donne directement l'impression de se retrouver chez
soi. L'ouverture sur la cuisine vous permet d'observer le Chef et son
équipe en pleine effervescence culinaire.
Après avoir travaillé
en France puis à Londres et São Paulo, le Chef Erwann Serene décide de
s'installer au Vietnam où il travaille au restaurant La Camargue près de
huit ans.
En 2009, il décide de
se mettre à son compte, et planche sur le concept de La Cuisine, qui est
un mélange de cuisine ouverte et de restaurant branché, proposant une
cuisine Méditéranéenne raffinnée.
La Cuisine is a French restaurant located in the heart of Ho Chi
Minh city, designed to make you feel as if you were at home. The open
kitchen gives you the opportunity to see the Chef and his team pamper
you with a selection of mouth-watering dishes.

je suis louis branquet, j'ai rencontré plusieurs fois Philippe SERENE, au Viet Nam, j'ai déjeuné plusieurs fois avec lui à Ha Noi, en France à Poitiers et à Rennes.
RépondreSupprimerje ne suis plus retourné au V.N. depuis 2008, je pense y retourner fin de cette année je souhaite revoir Philippe, au V.N. ou au Cambodge si j'ai bien compris son nouveau lieu de "retraite"...!
